Islamic State Hind Province Releases Video Of New
Recruits From India As They Pledge To Carry Out Jihad
In the video, IS terrorist Abu Turab Al Hindi, says
many boys have joined the Islamic State in India.
-----
Arvind Ojha
March 27, 2022
The Islamic State (IS) in a recent video claimed that
they have prepared at least three modules in India. In the video, the Islamic State
fighters are seen taking membership in 3 different groups. The 4-minute long
video has been released by ISHP (Islamic State Hind Province).
The video was released on encrypted messaging platform
Telegram at 1 pm on March 25, claiming that 3 different groups of IS fighters
pledged jihad in India in the name of the IS caliph.
The fighters have their faces covered and their eyes
blurred, to trick the intelligence agencies. The Islamic State has also changed
the pitch of the people speaking in the video to prevent tracking.
Earlier, the terrorist organisation had been broken
due to the swift action of NIA. The NIA, along with intelligence agencies,
arrested more than 20 people in the last 2 years, thus failing their plans.
Cyber experts, who did the forensic analysis of the
video, claim that the video seems to have been shot in Kashmir, while the video
has been released on Telegram from Pakistan.
The most noticeable thing in this video is that all
the terrorists who are seen to be subscribing to IS have small arms in their
hands, due to which intelligence agencies are suspecting that this is a local
module and their purpose is target killing. The video has been released after a
spate of target killings in Jammu and Kashmir.
People from other states living in Jammu and Kashmir
were targeted. After those killings, Islamic State claimed responsibility by
releasing a video. All the killings were carried out through small arms.
Pakistan and its intelligence agency ISI, which has
become infamous for harboring and nurturing terrorists -- works to spread
terror in India, including Jammu and Kashmir by launching new terrorist
organisations under different names.
In the past, new terrorist organisations like the
Islamic State and TRF carried out terrorist attacks in Kashmir. The Indian
intelligence agencies believe that Pakistan's ISI is behind this move.
It is their tactical move to come up with new
terrorists and local modules to carry militancy in the Valley so that no one
suspects ISIS. India's intelligence agencies are keeping a close eye on this
video.

Ban On Muslim Vendors Spreads to Shrines In Tumkur,
Hassan, Chikmagalur And Other Districts Across Karnataka Temple Fairs
The Bappanadu
Durgaparameshwari Temple in Dakshina Kannada/ File photo
---
K.M. Rakesh
27.03.22
The ban on Muslim vendors at temple fairs has spread
to more Karnataka districts with the organisers of the March-May annual
festivals at the shrines choosing to follow a diktat from Hindutva outfits.
What had begun at a Shimoga temple and was followed by
more in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi has spread to shrines in Tumkur, Hassan,
Chikmagalur and other districts.
Among these temples are the famed Belur Channakeshava
in Hassan, Siddhalingeshwara in Tumkur and even the 800-year-old Bappanadu
temple, built by Muslim merchant Bappa Beary of Kerala and a symbol of communal
amity that drew many non-Hindu prasada seekers. This season, for the first time
ever, the temple banned Muslims from bidding for the leases to set up temporary
retails at its festival venue.
The issue has been raised in the Assembly, with the
state’s BJP government arguing that rules framed in 2002, when the Congress was
in power, banned the leasing of land or buildings near temples to non-Hindus.
However, Congress MLAs and a lawyers’ body have
claimed that Muslim vendors and traders are also being illegally kept out of
streets leading to the temples. State law minister J.C. Madhuswamy had in the
Assembly promised steps against any such trends, but there’s been little action
on the ground.
Outfits such as the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Hindu
Jagarana Vedike had called for the ban citing a shutdown by Muslim shopkeepers
against a Karnataka High Court judgment upholding the hijab ban at government
educational institutions.
A banner urging temples not to lease stalls to Muslims
had appeared outside the Bappanadu Durgaparameshwari temple in Dakshina
Kannada. A similar banner has now been put up in Gonibeedu village,
Chikmagalur, announcing that Muslim traders would not be allowed at the
Subramanyeshwara temple fair on March 27.
Rule 31(12) of the Hindu Religious Institutions and
Charitable Endowments Rules 2002 says: “No property, including land, building
or sites situated near the institution (temple) shall be leased out to non-Hindus.”
However, Muslim traders have always been part of
temple fairs in Karnataka, setting up stalls that sold anything from food to
bangles.
The Bangalore-based All India Lawyers’ Association for
Justice has written to chief minister Basavaraj Bommai that the government’s
claim is untenable since Rule 31(12) doesn’t cover public roads.
It has cited the Supreme Court stay on an Andhra
Pradesh High Court judgment that upheld similar provisions of 2003 that banned
non-Hindus from participating in temple property auctions in Andhra Pradesh.

Islamist 'Modesty' Cell Revealed In Israeli University
Issues Threats, To Ensure That Female Arab Students Were Dressed Appropriately

-----
Israel National News
26.03.22
Ben Gurion University President Professor Daniel
Chaimovitz on Saturday revealed that an Islamist "modesty" cell had
been operating on campus, including by using threats, to ensure that female
Arab students were dressed appropriately.
"When we discovered what was happening, we were
shocked, Arabs and Jews alike," Prof. Chaimovitz told a journalist during
a Shabbatarbut (political and cultural forums that take place on the Sabbath)
event in Be'er Sheva.
"There was a small cell of Islamists who took
photos of female Bedouin students - and sent photos back to their clans if they
were not dressed modestly enough."
"This is a very complex situation from a societal
perspective, because they cannot complain publicly," he explained.
"We live in something very complex, but we dealt with it. We did not deal
with it in the same fashion we deal with other things."
"There are things which we keep within the
house," he said. "But I can tell you that the behavior no longer
exists. I am very proud of this."
National Union of Israeli Students Chairman Elchanan
Felhaimer said that on Sunday, he will examine the incident together with the
relevant sources in the university.
"I condemn this incident, and see dramatic
importance in the freedom of occupation, speech, and clothing in the public
arena on campuses," he said.

US Hopes for Reversal by Islamic Emirate of
Afghanistan on Girls' Education
Afghan girls participate in
a lesson at Tajrobawai Girls High School in Herat, Afghanistan on Nov. 25,
2021. (AP)
-----
By TOLOnews
27-03-2022
The US Special Representative for Afghanistan said on
Saturday he is hopeful that there will be a reversal of the Islamic Emirate’s
u-turn on girls' education in the coming days.
“I am hopeful that we will see a reversal of this
decision in the coming days" Thomas West, US special representative for
Afghanistan, said at the Doha Forum.
West said the Islamic Emirate had made promises to
allow girls and women to go to school. “I was surprised at the turnaround this
past Wednesday and I think you've seen the world react in condemning this
move," he said. “It is a breach, first and foremost, of the Afghan
people's trust because they made the commitment.”
"They were waiting outside their schools, but the
gates were closed, and they were crying," Malala Yousafzai said during a
panel addressing prospects for women and girls in Afghanistan. "Why is it
happening to them just because they're girls? Why can't they be studying? Why
can't they be learning?" She added.
The United States abruptly cancelled meetings with the
Islamic Emirate in Doha that were set to address key economic issues, officials
said on Friday.
"Their decision was a deeply disappointing and
inexplicable reversal of commitments to the Afghan people, first and foremost,
and also to the international community," a US State Department
spokesperson told Reuters.
Based the previous commitments and announcements by
the Islamic Emirate, all girls’ schools were set to reopen on Wednesday. Girls
beyond grade six, however, were not allowed to attend school on Wednesday and
were told to wait until further notification.
In a joint statement on Friday, ten members of the UN
Security Council called on the Islamic Emirate to reopen all girls’ schools
across Afghanistan.
The joint statement was released by Albania, Brazil,
France, Gabon, Ireland, Mexico, UK, US, Norway and UAE.

Young Man Assaults Muslim Worshipers With Pepper Spray
In A Mosque Near Toronto, Canada
March 27, 2022
In a statement, local police said the 24-year-old man,
who was arrested, entered the mosque in Mississauga, Ontario, eastern Canada,
and sprayed worshipers with burning spray before they took control of it.
For his part, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condemned
the “deeply disturbing” attack on Twitter, and said, “I strongly condemn this
violence that has no place in Canada,” praising the “courage” of those at the
mosque.
Several politicians, including the mayor of Toronto
and the premier of the province, also condemned the attack on a place of
worship.
The imam of the mosque praised, on social media, the
reaction of the worshipers. “Before the worshipers were harmed, many worshipers
bravely succeeded in arresting him,” Ibrahim Hindi said.
“Our community will never be broken and we refuse to
be intimidated,” the imam Ibrahim Hindy tweeted, praising worshippers who
subdued the alleged attacker.
For the past two decades, Muslim Canadians have faced
daily adversity while also witnessing more violent acts of Islamophobia. Muslim
Canadians report being harassed and subjected to microaggressions on a regular
basis at work, school, and in public places. Mosques and community centers have
been attacked violently and many of them now require security.
In June in Ontario, a man driving a pick-up truck
deliberately ran over a Canadian family of Pakistani origin, killing four
people. Police said it was a case of Islamophobia.
In 2017, six worshippers were also shot dead and a
dozen more were injured after a gunman opened fire on worshippers at a mosque
in Quebec.

At Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swamy Vari Temple In
Andhra Pradesh, Muslims Line Up For Blessings
Mar 27, 2022
HYDERABAD: B Chand Basha and his wife religiously wake
up at 4am on Ugadi, the day marking the Telugu new year. They prepare for
Darshan of Lord Venkateswara Swamy at Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swamy Vari
temple at Devuni Kadapa in Kadapa, southern Andhra Pradesh.
A few days before Ugadi, they stop eating
non-vegetarian food. Like Chand Basha, hundreds of Muslims in Kadapa and other
places in Rayalaseema visit the Devuni Kadapa (god’s threshhold) temple every
Ugadi. If they miss the temple visit on the day of the festival (on April 2
this year), they make it a point to visit the shrine on any other day till the
next Ugadi. Strange as it may sound, for many Muslim families in Kadapa
district, a visit particularly by the eldest child to the temple of Lord
Venkateswara is a must at least once a year.

Tireless efforts of Quaid for Muslims’ rights
By Yasmeen Farah
March 27, 2022
Our leader Muhammad Ali Jinnah and his companions’
tireless efforts in safeguarding the rights of our people allow us to celebrate
the creation of Pakistan today, years later. This landmark was earned through
countless sacrifices, so today we remember all those who put their lives down
for the well-being of generations to come.
Quaid-e-Azam, seeing the persecution of Muslims across
the subcontinent, took the prerogative to exercise their right to
self-determination and created a safe haven. This presented ample challenges:
scrutiny in parliament, propaganda, and threats to loved ones. However, Jinnah
stood strong in the face of these tribulations, and consolidated his efforts in
1940. In his address, he made innovative suggestions relevant to the
socio-political context of the subcontinent.

Toxic Waste Could Destroy The First Muslim-Majority

DRIVE 10 TO 15 minutes north of downtown Detroit and

that’s home to many communities of colour, including Yemeni and Bangladeshi
immigrants and African Americans. Here, in an area where nearly 70 percent of

injustice is unfolding — one that is a microcosm of nationwide efforts to
advance health equity for generations to come.
More than 2,000 of Hamtramck’s roughly 22,000
