------
Haveri: Muslims all over the world generally offer
their prayers in Arabic language, but in Chihkka Kabbar in Haveri district,
they pray in Kannada at the Hazrat Mehabob Subani Dargah.
The village, in Rattihalli taluk, has done this for
about 150 years. Most of the 400 Muslim families don’t know Urdu and Arabic, so
the Maulvi addresses the community in Kannada five times a day. The Muslims are
proud of the local language and live in harmony with other communities in the
village, which is in chief minister Basavaraj Bommai’s home district.
According to sources, in the last decade, children
have started learning Urdu in school. The mosque, however, has display boards
outside and inside that are in the Kannada language.
“Most Muslims don’t know Arabic and Urdu in Chikka
Kabbar village so there is no point using these languages during prayer.
However, previous maulvis had addressed in Kannada because it is easy to
communicate with people of the community as they easily understand prayer and
discourse. I have also followed the tradition,” said Mohammad Peeransab, the
current maulvi.
He said that non-Muslims also listen to the Kannada
prayer discourse in the village. “There is no importance in the language, the
intention is in understanding the theme of the religion and importance of the
prayer,” Mohammad added.
Hussensab Billalli, the chairman of the Anjuman Islam
Committee, concurred with the maulvi on having prayers in Kannada. There was no
use of Arabic and Urdu in the mosque during prayer because the people cannot
follow a religion without understanding it. The Kannada language is easy to
understand in the community, even by the unlettered, Billalli pointed out.
“People in our village live in harmony. There is no
difference between Hindus and Muslims in our village. Hindus participate in our
festivals and we also join our hands with Hindu ritual practices,” he said.
“Our elders three generations back had donated a
three-gunta site to construct a mosque in our village and I registered the
property with the Anjuman committee recently. There is no dispute in language.
We easily understand their prayers and discourse because it is in our mother
tongue. Here, no difference of opinion in religion exists and we live in
harmony,” said Veeranagouda Patil, who has donated land to the mosque.

Blocking Roads, Damaging Public Property Against Islam
As It Advises To Create Ease And Comfort For Others: Religious Scholars

-----
Blocking roads, damaging public property was totally
in negation to the teachings of the holy Prophet (SAW) as he emphatically
advised the Muslims to create ease and comfort for others.
Leading Ulema, religious scholars from all walks of
life in an apparent reference to long march of banned Tehreek-e-Labbaik
Pakistan (TLP), said that achieving success for any cause was impossible by
adopting violent means and causing discomfort to the people.
Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabeer
Azad said holding protest was the right of everyone but creating havoc on city
roads such as traffic jam, road blockage and loss to public property and life
was prohibited in Islam. Acknowledging the right to protest, Azad, who is
khateeb of Jamia Badshahi Masjid Lahore, urged the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan
(TLP) protestors to present their demands in a way as prescribed in
constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan.
“Love and affection for the Holy Prophet (SAW) was
part of our faith, and respecting each other was also advised by Holy Prophet
(SAW),” he added. Khateeb,Jamia Masjid, Umer Bin al Khitab,Lahore, Maulana
Zubair Ahmed Zaheer said the Holy Prophet (SAW) commanded people to create
facilities for others and not to create difficulties for them.

Police in the German federal state of North
Rhine-Westphalia broke up an Islamist cell that was preparing a terrorist
attack with axes and knives. On Thursday, 350 police officers and members of a
counterterrorism unit raided and searched the apartments of five suspected
young men in the district of Düren. Three members of this group are minors.
“The men are accused of plotting a violent act
motivated by terrorism and using propaganda material from the Islamic State
terrorist organization,” police said in a statement.
According to Der Spiegel, the police have long focused
on alleged supporters of the Islamic State terrorist militia, who organized
terrorist training at the end of last year. According to investigators,
suspects aged 16 to 22 were practicing axe and knife attacks in a forest near
Aachen. The accused, including two Germans, two men with German-Russian
citizenship and one with Turkish citizenship, had apparently not implemented a

Indian police arrest Muslims for supporting Pakistan
in T20 Cricket World Cup
By 5Pillars (RMS)
31-10-2021
Uttar Pradesh’s chief minister, Yogi Adityanath, said
that three people may be charged with sedition, on top of the charges of
cyberterrorism and “promoting enmity among groups,” after arrests on Wednesday.
Another leading BJP politician, federal cabinet
minister Sidharth Nath Singh, told NDTV news channel that Uttar Pradesh police
would take the strictest possible action against anyone for exulting in India’s
defeat in last Sunday’s game in Dubai.
Three of those arrested are engineering students at
Raja Balwant Singh College in Agra and are from Kashmir. They are also accused
of posting messages on social media supporting Pakistan. The college has
suspended them.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Shami, India’s only Muslim
cricketer in the T20 team, was subjected to a vicious barrage of online abuse
after India’s defeat.
India captain Virat Kohli has hit back at the
”spineless trolls” who attacked Shami’s religion, saying targeting people for
their faith is ”the most pathetic thing” to do.
”There is a good reason why we are playing on the
field and not some bunch of spineless people on social media that have no
courage to actually speak to any individual in person,” he said.
”….Mohammad Shami has won India number of matches in
the last few years and has been our primary bowler with Jasprit Bumrah when it
comes to making an impact in games in Test cricket.

New Delhi: Calling out the anti-Muslim violence in
Tripura, citizens’ groups, activists and students on October 29, Friday,
organised a protest rally in New Delhi against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)
government’s allegedly lackadaisical response to the law and order situation in
the northeastern state.
On October 26, a mosque was ransacked and a few shops
and houses were vandalised during a rally organised by right-wing groups such
as the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and the Hindu Jagran Manch in Tripura
against communal violence in Bangladesh. These shops and houses reportedly
belonged to Muslim families.
The Tripura Police, however, said that the law and
order situation in the state is “absolutely normal” and no mosque has been
burnt there. The police’s statement came two days after the communal attacks on
Muslims during a rally led by Hindutva groups in Chamtilla district in
Panisagar sub-division of North Tripura district.

Thursday to press the government of Prime Minister Imran Khan to release their
party chief Saad Rizvi and expel the French ambassador.

For the time being, the government has changed its
strategy in the wake of Wednesday's bloody clashes in which four policemen and
as many TLP activities were killed and over 400 injured, including policemen,

Regarding the new sciences, our well-known martyr in Nuclear Sciences, Martyr

Bodejo, Miyetti Allah leader mocks Southern govs: Anti-open
grazing law exists only in the media; it can’t be implemented
30th October 2021
National President, Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore
Socio-cultural Organisation, Abdullahi Bello Bodejo, has said the anti grazing
laws by some states, especially in the Southern part of the country exist only
in the media and could not be implemented.
Speaking with VINCENT KALU, Bodejo said the groaning
over the high price of cow meat would get louder, asserting that prices would
hit the rooftop in the coming months.
I have to speak on the side of the Fulani. For us, we
have not had it so bad all over the country. While others are crying, the
Fulani are dying. The situation is so bad. They don’t have place to graze their
cattle; they don’t have hospitals, they don’t have schools.
