The Erroneous Charges Of Extremism And Violence
Against The Holy Prophet Are Nothing More Than A Manifestation Of Hatred And
Prejudice.

The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon
him) is frequently charged with extremism and violence by some evil-minded
individuals. This charge is nothing more than a demonstration of prejudice and
intolerance. This is so because Allah sent the Holy Prophet out of compassion
for everyone.
The entire life of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon
him) serves as evidence that the divine assertion is accurate. While being
mocked by his opponents, the respected Prophet prayed for them. The accusations
of violence levelled against the same prophet of mercy show that his mercy and
kindness have been neglected. The people
made an effort to put out the light of the Prophet's life and the religion he
brought, as can be seen from reading the Prophet's biography. However, the
Prophet's desire to save these people from the painful torment of hell never
wavered in his heart.
A striking example is how the Prophet forgave people
who had wronged him and his companions. It will be impossible to uncover such
examples of forgiveness throughout the entire history of humanity. On the day Makkah was conquered, the
Prophet Muhammad issued a pardon, creating a historical precedent. In spite of
this, some accuse him of radicalism and violence. This is a sobering example of
horrific injustice and callousness. On this day, the Prophet promised to
forgive anyone who had wronged him and his companions over the previous 21 years.
These amazing deeds of forgiving others can only be accomplished by the Prophet
who has been given the honour of acting as Allah Almighty's mercy for
the entire world.
Why did the Islamic Religion brought by the Holy
Prophet spread so quickly? Islam expanded so swiftly primarily due to the
compassion and mercy of the Holy Prophet for everyone. It was the forgiving
nature, lovely morals, truthfulness and just attitude of the Prophet that the
people became eager to sacrifice their possessions, lives, fortunes, and
everything else for him.
The Holy Quran Makes A Very Lovely Description Of This
Fact.
“It is through Mercy from Allah that you are gentle to
them. Had you been rough and hard-hearted, they would have dispersed from
around you. So, pardon them and seek forgiveness for them. And consult them in
the matter, and once you have taken a decision, place your trust in Allah.
Surely, Allah loves those who place their in Him” (3:159)
According to the aforementioned Aayat [verse]
of the Quran, the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) has been given a kind heart
by Allah the Exalted, as a blessing of His particular benevolence. From this Aayat,
it is also clear that the Prophet would not have attracted the attention of the
people if he had a hard heart and an extremist temper. Additionally, this
scripture commands the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) to proclaim his
greatness as being a mercy for all people (Rahmatul-lil-Aalamin).
Truth be told, Prophet Muhammad behaved toward people
in exact conformity with the directives of this Quranic Aayat. Even
though the kind, compassionate, and forgiving qualities of the Prophet Muhammad
are amply demonstrated, certain wicked people do not like to recognize any
virtue in his blessed person. These individuals have really created a dream of
seeing the stain of violence, callousness, and harshness on the Prophet of
Mercy by wilfully disregarding these attributes.
They will, however, never be able to realize their
dream. The reason is that Allah, the Creator of the Worlds, sent him as
kindness and mercy for all of his creations. Therefore, it is impossible to
disprove the Prophet's merciful and forgiving attributes. This Truth is
undeniable because it has consistently defeated lies throughout history and
across all generations.
