I've also been told, we have also been told tonight that this debate must take place in the real world. Well, Absolutely! Yes it must. It must take place in the real world. And I would describe what's Islam doing in the real world. We can sit and we can debate theocracy day-in and day-out. We will never agree we can debate: is there a God? Is the Koran real? None of this actually matters. What matters is what happens in the real world, as my opponent quite rightly said. My side of healthy argument is regularly told that we've had it again tonight. They described us as mongers of hate. We were told that we are demonising Islam whipping up fear of Islam. ....
