Muslim Converts Want to Impose Sharia on Great Britain, Threaten to Stab non-Muslims

Early morning, two Muslim converts joined a ‘Muslim Patrol’ to impose Sharia Law. They threatened to stab anyone on the streets of East London if they see anything ‘un-Islamic’.
Ricardo McFarlane, 36, and a 23-year-old man who cannot be named for legal reasons, joined convert Jordan Horner, 19, of Walthamstow, east London, and they preach, propagate and when need be, force people against things like alcohol, photographs of women etc.
These men with a mission, without any fear of administration, go to persons on the street, in a group and tell them “this is a Muslim area and you are not allowed to have alcohol in this area”.
On one occasion they went to a lady who was carrying beer and they said the same thing “this is a Muslim area and you are not allowed to have alcohol in this area”; then she retorts “I don’t believe in this” (meaning Islam). One of these thugs says brazenly “we don’t care whether you believe it or not”.
The lady tries to show some confidence in front of this gang: “we have a right- it is Great Britain”. But alas the number’s game forces her to throw the alcohol and leave the place!
The 23 year old man says “you need to control this area and you need to forbid these people from dressing like this and exposing themselves up outside the mosque”
One man was walking and by chance there was a mosque, then these members of the ‘Muslim Patrol’ rush up to him and force him to run away from that area: “you are not allowed to be near the mosque, do you understand what we are saying? This is a Muslim Patrol. Move away from the mosque NOW and don’t come back” (sic). Ricardo McFarlane says “we don’t respect those who disobey God”.
Not just alcoholics are being targeted but gays and women wearing skirts are openly ridiculed and harassed. The CNN report says “only a handful of men are involved in this self-styled patrol, 5 have been arrested on suspicion of harassment.”
The number of people involved in this patrol is only a handful and many have already been arrested, but the majority of Muslims living in these parts of East London want nothing to do with these vigilantists whatsoever.
At the local mosque many Muslims are appalled by this and condone these acts. They say that these things stir up hatred. Salman Farsi, East London Mosque says “this has done a huge amount of damage to the Muslim community and it is, no doubt, going to increase Islamophobia”
The police authorities have been beefed up and are taking tough actions. DCI Wendy Morgan, Metropolitan Police says “We will not accept such behaviour, it is unacceptable”. But these activities are not just contained in Britain: in Denmark, an Islamist from another so-called Muslim Patrol stands menacingly outside a polling station vowing to stop Muslims from voting. In Belgium, a group of extremists Muslims want existing Sharia courts, which handle family matters to be expanded to cover criminal matters, including un-Islamic behaviour in Muslim areas. In Spain, a radical Salafi group wants a ban on pet dogs from public transport and Muslim areas; shockingly many dogs have been poisoned.
The Telegraph of UK says: Horner, who changed his name to Jamal Uddin, was jailed for six weeks in July this year for beating up a photographer and causing £3,000 of damage to a car in an attack in Walthamstow, east London. The 23 year-old has previous convictions for theft and handling stolen goods prior his conversion to Islam and also for using threatening words and behaviour on April 2012.
Another site further elaborates: “Last month Horner, who wants to bring Sharia law to Britain, pleaded guilty to two charges of assault and two charges of using threatening words and behaviour...the prosecution accepted please from Mac Farlane to affray and the 23 year-old to using threatening words and behaviour. Both men refused to stand in the dock as they pleaded guilty...”
Islam is totally against such behaviour. Not only does the Quran give freedom of religion but it also gives freedom to live life in anyway one chooses. The Quran however does say:
“And let there be [arising] from you a nation (community) inviting to [all that is] good, en-joining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful.” (3:104)
This does not mean that you will force people to accept your ways of life because the Quran clearly says:
“There should be no compulsion in religion; Truth stands out clear from error” (2:256);
“And if your Lord willed, all who are in the earth would have believed together. Would you then compel people until they become believers? It is not for any soul to believe except by the permission of Allah (Qur'an 10:99-100)”;
“To you be your way and to me mine” (109:6)
The worrying question is how long moderate Muslims will keep quiet. These fanatics are not only souring the relations between Muslims and non-Muslims but they are also maligning the name of Islam, which in turn forces more moderate Muslims to fall into these hard-line groups because of the negative response from the members of non-Muslims community. This is a vicious cycle and unless the moderate Muslims raise their voice against such groups and activities, this cycle will continue.
