Let’s Us Stick To Spiritual Jihad against Our Inner Enemies and Build A World of Peace

Jihad bil Nafs is to cut away the inner satanic enemies and
praise God Almighty. There are only a few who truly understand and wage this
spiritual Jihad against the enemies within themselves. They are known as Sufis, Salihin, Aulia, the true
followers of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Jihad bil Nafs is unconditional, universal, forever and a duty
incumbent on each individual. Unlike the so-called Jihad that is illegally
waged by the terror groups to indiscriminately take the lives of common
civilians, Jihad bil Nafs is purely
in the cause of God Almighty against the inner enemies of Truth that stand
between Muslims or slaves and their one true Lord, Allah Almighty.
Once we
justly meditate to realize about the enemies of Truth, Islam or our Religion,
we get enlightened that the enemies of Truth are within our hearts (Qalbs). Thousands of spiritual opponents
are there within our body that don’t let us develop our relation to Allah
Almighty, such as satanic attributes of jealousy, treachery, backbiting, envy,
violation of human rights, lust, murder, arrogance, falsehood, karma, the
unjust desire for wealth, land, women, the separations of “you and I”,
intoxicants, degradation of poor class, caste and women, violent and oppressive
attitudes.
These are
the true enemies that keep us away from the realization of Allah, from Truth,
from Iman, from Islam and from good actions and the merits of Taqwa.
Dear
brothers and sisters, let us regularly meditate to identify these inner enemies
which lead to disputes among the children of Adam (peace be upon him) and serve
as the greatest hindrance in the path of peace which is the true cause of God.
Let us wage this holy spiritual war or Jihad bil Nafs against these satanic
qualities existing within ourselves and make this world, the world of peace and
say ‘No’ to the state of killing each other.
