Atheists
Absurdly Seek Proof from Science that God Almighty exists
Main
Points:
------
We
Muslims believe in the existence of God, whereas atheists do not; this is the
main distinction between us and them. When atheists discuss the presence of
God, they seek scientific evidence rather than a rational and logical reason. Yet,
there is a difference between scientific evidence and rational reason because
the reason [Dalil] is
essentially logical thinking, whereas the proof [Suboot] is physical
and perceptible to the senses.

Let us
now examine whether scientific evidence can be sought for the existence of God
or not.
First,
be aware that there are two kinds of existence: physical and metaphysical.
Physics
Physics
is the study of things that are physical or that can be physically observed.
Physical entities such as matter, energy, motion, etc. are the subject of
physics. The physical universe, like the universe we live in, is a material
cosmos that can be perceived with the five senses. Our senses are able to
perceive this material cosmos, so we can see it with our eyes and feel it with
our senses. Everything in this universe, including the sea, mountains, plants,
people, and animals, has a material existence.
Metaphysics
We are
also certain that there is a world known as metaphysics that cannot be accessed
by common sense or the five senses, in contrast to this material world.
The
Greek word for metaphysics has a connotation that goes beyond physics.
Metaphysics is the study of ideas that are not physically observable, such as
time, the origin of the universe, consciousness, and the mind.
Metaphysics,
literally "beyond the material cosmos," is a word for a world with a
persistent existence apart from the physical realm. The metaphysical world is
physically imperceptible to the five senses. For example, we fully believe in
the existence of a number of beings that we cannot perceive with our five
senses, such as God Almighty, heaven, hell, angels, etc.
It
appears as though there are two parallel universes, one of which is our
physical realm, and the other is an immaterial, metaphysical, invisible, and
imperceptible universe that is physically beyond reason and perception.

Then,
it is important to keep in mind the three levels of belief in the existence of
something:
Ilmul
Yaqeen, ‘Ainul Yaqeen, and Haqqul Yaqeen
Ilmul
Yaqeen (Ilm or knowledge)
Ilmul
Yaqeen means to believe
something after hearing about it, learning about it, or using logical reasoning
to support your belief. You have attained Ilmul Yaqeen, for
instance, if a trustworthy source informs you of something and you afterwards
believe it, or if you believe something after validating it with logical
reasoning.
Ainul
Yaqeen (Irfaan)
When
anything is visualized after being heard about or understood through the five
senses, it is referred to as Ainul Yaqeen.
Haqqul
Yaqeen (Iqaan)
When
anything is accepted as true or experienced for oneself after being observed
and meticulously examined, it is referred to as Haqqul Yaqeen.
Use the
example below to better understand these three types of beliefs:
If a
person has never seen an aeroplane but has heard many people talk about its
existence or has read frequently about it in books, he may start to believe
that the aeroplanes do in fact exist. He will thereafter be referred to as
having reached the status of Ilmul Yaqeen.
And
when he really sees the plane flying with his own eyes, his belief intensifies
and expands. He will thereafter be declared to have attained the rank of Ainul
Yaqeen.
And
when he experiences this personally, such as when he travels on an aeroplane,
his belief becomes extreme and perfect. He will thereafter be referred to as
having attained the status of Haqqul Yaqeen.
Science
only accepts objects whose existence may be verified by Ainul Yaqeen
or Haqqul Yaqeen. In other words, such things need
to be things that can be proven through the senses, observation, and
experiments. That is, they must be linked to physics or the material universe.
Furthermore,
as metaphysics is unrelated to this physical realm and is outside the purview
of science, it is neither acknowledged nor denied by that science.

Let's Learn
About It Using The Following Example:
For
instance, if your child tells you about a nightmare, but you don't believe him,
you take him to a specialist doctor for confirmation. The doctor, no matter how
expert he is, cannot confirm or refute the dream. He will state that while it's
possible the child saw this dream, it's also possible he didn't. Because dreams
are not a medical issue and have not been the subject of any medical research,
the doctor may or may not accept the child's assertion as true.
Hence,
even if the doctor says that the dream didn't happen, that doesn't mean it
didn't. His testimony is unable to disprove the existence of dreams.

We are
aware that science does not examine metaphysics since it is outside the domain
of science. Here, consider this essential example of the connection between
metaphysics and the existence of God. Hence, the existence of God will not be
addressed by science. Furthermore, we cannot rightly perceive the existence of
God through our senses, perceptions, or experiences. Thus, science is unable to
draw a definite judgment about the existence of God.
We
affirm that, in terms of our belief in the existence of God Almighty, we have
acquired the rank of Ilmul Yaqeen. For Ainul Yaqeen
and Haqqul Yaqeen, this position will be attained on the Day of
Resurrection, when we will personally see God Almighty.
Therefore,
demanding scientific evidence on the existence of God Almighty to prove His
existence to reach the status of Ainul Yaqeen or Haqqul
Yaqeen is irrational and illogical. Indeed, it is possible to demand
logical and rational reasons for the existence of God Almighty. There are
countless rational and logical reasons to prove the existence of God, which no
rational person can deny. The contention made by atheists that God does not
exist is one hundred times absurd and unreasonable.

For
instance, two men visit a forest or wilderness and come across a deserted
palace there. One of them makes the observation that people must have once
resided there and that humans must have built the palace. Due to the fact that
no palace can be established without a human being, and that when a palace does
exist, someone must have built it.
The
second person continues, "I don't think anyone has ever been here since
I've never seen a person. I won't be able to say so if I don't see a human or
witness a human structure. I have no idea if anyone ever built or visited this
palace."

Please
tell me which of these two positions is correct. It follows logically that the
position of the first person is true and the second person's position is
nothing more than dogma because there is a compelling reason for the existence
of humans.
Similarly,
if we accept the existence of the cosmos and see that its system functions in a
very orderly manner, it is evident that the cosmos must have a creator and
operator, and that creator and operator is the One God.

There
are countless rational and logical reasons for why we have Ilmul Yaqeen
about the existence of God Almighty, as well as the status of Ainul
Yaqeen about the existence of God Almighty in some cases. On the other
hand, when atheists reject God, they lack even the status of Ilmul Yaqeen
(which is the first rank of belief or conviction), let alone any supporting
scientific evidence.
Atheists
can only reject God when they are motivated by prejudice, dogma, and hostility
towards religious people. Their ideology, which has been refuted and rejected
by people throughout history, has no rational basis. Sometimes atheists make
their arguments seem logical, but that will never make them logical.
