We were talking about FATWAs and I was happy to know that religiously you are
bound to agree with these fatwas. i have no problem with that but you also gave
some wrong political information which need correction.
USA is a SAMRAJI TAQUT and no sensible person wil support
their policies based on human right violation. we all condemn usa
for this. but having said that it is also a fact that
when Islamic world was sleeping the people of USA and Europe came
out against their govts in support of Iraq in millions.
But this is also a fact that mujahedine---e--Afghanistan fought a
war with the help of USA.i remember the visit of Margret Thatcher and her
speech in PESHAWER where she told mujahedine that she is with them in this
Jehad.
I also remember how PRESIDENT REAGEN supported mujahedine with ammunition and
dollars
I and people like me were against American policies those days and we are still
against them.
I
also remember when Islamic army of Mujahedin captured Kabul. They went to UNO
compound arrested president NAJEEB---a doctor and an extremely gentlemanly person------hanged
him, cut his GENETELIA and put them in his mouth and inserted a Kalashnikov in
his rectum. left body hanging for a few days. Please see the photographs on
Internet - u tube; it s still there.
Mujahedin did the same thing what USA did in Vietnam and Cambodia. so please do not talk about their Islamic system.
TALIBAN destroyed Afghanistan, killed hundreds of Muslims, burned girls schools
and brought misery to people, the same Taliban has murdered more than 45
thousand Muslims in Pakistan.
What Americans are doing is not correct but they are not killing their own
people and Americans are enjoying the same rights Christians, Muslims ,Hindu, Jews
etc etc.
But your Taliban and jehadis are killing Muslims most of the time and trying to
slave women
On the name of tradition, culture, force and fatwas. This is wrong.
UNFORTUNATLY this will continue till we educate our people SCIENTEFICALLY, educate
them about art, culture, philosophy, history etc etc and make them rich in
brain.
This the reason ulemas are against MATEHMETICS from imam GHZALI to
present imams from Iran to Saudi Arabia to Taliban.

آپ جانتے ہوئے بھی نہیں سمجھ پا رہے۔ انسانیت کے دشمن ان طالبان کے دورِ امارت میں افغانستان میں جرائم کی شرح اور ہیروئین کی پیدوار صفر تھی اور خواتین کی عزت بالکل محفوظ تھی۔انھوں نے اپنے ماتحت علاقے میں مکمل امن قائم کردیا تھا جو خانہ جنگی کی آگ میں جل رہا تھا۔اب پھر جرائم کی وہاں یہی صورتِ حال ہے۔ جبکہ انسانیت کے بزعمِ خود ٹھیکیدار امریکہ کے ہاں جرائم اور خواتین کی عصمت دری کی شرح کے بارے میں شاید آپ جاننے کی ضرورت محسوس نہیں کریں گے۔ مریم ریڈلی کوان نے ان طالبان کی انسانیت دشمنی کی گواہی دی اور مسلمان ہوگئی ۔ ایک سائنٹسٹ ڈاکٹر عافیہ کے ساتھ کے انسانیت نواز امریکہ کے بھیڑیوں نے بگرام میں پانچ سال تک کیا سلوک کیا اور پھر امریکہ میں کس جرم کی کیا سزا دی۔آپ خوب جانتے ہیں مگر مجھے یقین ہے کہ آپ اسی انسانیت کی حمایت کریں گے جو امریکہ کی نظر میں ہے۔ قیدیوں اور کمزوروں کے ساتھ سلوک سے کسی قوم کے معیارِ اخلاق و تہذیب کا اندازہ ہوتا ہے۔ افغانستان اور گوانتاناموبے میں بےگناہ افغان قیدیوں کے ساتھ کیا سلوک کیا گیا وہ آپ کے علم میں ہے۔یہ ان طالبان کی ایمانی طاقت ہے کہ وہ اپنے وقت کی سب سے بڑی اور متکبر طاقت کے مقابلے پر ڈٹے رہے اور اسی ایمانی طاقت کی بدولت امریکہ کو مذاکرات پر مجبور کردیا جس ایمانی طاقت کو آپ تسلیم نہیں کرتے۔اس امریکہ نے صرف اس لیے افغانستان پر حملہ کیا کہ وہاں کی حکومت اسلام کے نام پر قائم تھی اور جرائم کی بیخ کنی اور امن و امان کے قیام میں سو فیصد کامیاب تھی۔
دوسری انسانیت دشمن تنظیم القاعدہ اسی انسانیت نواز امریکہ سے معرکہ آرا ہے جو اپنی طاقت کے بھرے میں دنیا کے کمزور اور نہتے بالخصوص مسلم ممالک پر حملہ آور ہوکر لاکھوں مسلمانوں کی شہادت کا سبب بن چکا ہے جس کو وہ اپنی کتاب میں صلیبی جنگ کا نام دیتے ہیں۔ دورِ حاضر میں سب سے زیادہ انسانی جانوں کے ضیاع کا سبب یہی انسانیت نواز امریکہ ہے۔ جو عالمی عدالت سے سند یافتہ دہشت گرد ملک قرار پا چکا ہے۔ جو ہمیشہ اپنی ناجائز اولاداسرائیل کے ہر انسانیت سوز فعل کی حمایت کرتا ہے۔جو صابرہ اور شتیلہ کے کیمپوں میں فلسطینیوں کے قتلِ عام کا ہولوکاسٹ کھیل چکا ہے۔
اسلامی تاریخ میں جن بڑے بڑے فسادات نے جنم لیا وہ سب کے سب دین اسلام سے دور، اغیار کے پروردہ ،غیروں سے مرعوب لوگوں کی وجہ سے پیدا ہوئے اور امت کے ساتھ غداری کرکے تباہی کا سبب بنے۔
اگر آپ سائنس پر یقین رکھتے ہیں تو ازراہِ کرم سائنس اور انسانیت کے خالق پر بھی یقین رکھیے۔ یہ سائنس تغیر پذیر ہے۔
ہمارے خالق کا علم، حکمت اور احکامات کامل ہیں۔
آپ جن باتوں کو خواتین کے حق میں مفید قرار دے رہے ہیں، یہ باتیں مغرب میں خواتین کی گھریلو اور معاشرتی تباہی ثابت کرچکی ہیں۔ لہذا یہ خواتین سے ہمدردی نہیں دشمنی ہے۔ مگر مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ

Now I understand completely that you are not different from Taliban and al-Qaida
thinking.
They both worked to gather to destroy humanity on the name of Islam.
History tell us that it is not a new phenomenon. Muslims history had many
movements like that resulting misery for people.
If you know European history you will find this kind of very anti women and
anti human incidences on the name of Christ
They never won but of course they destroyed lots of people and specially women
suffered the most and generation paid the price. LIKE WE ARE FACING IN PAKISTAN
AND AFGHANISTAN.
IT will be very difficult to convince you and people like you because you believe
that you are fighting for the cause of GOD. you also believe that you are 100
percent right.
In this situation it is very difficult to have a proper conversation. for
example you give the example of queen of England as you are saying that these
unfortunate women are living like queen.
I can only smile .
I may be wrong but I feel that as a SCIENTEFIC person I should give you and
other people information based on science ,logic and history that I will
continue with hope that knowledge, awareness and literacy changes people for
good.
If you don't agree there is a system and a provision oF---DELETE-----just use
it

میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ یہ فتویٰ خواتین کے حق میں بہت مفید ہے۔
آپ جانتے ہیں کہ تمام اہم ترین شخصیات بغیر محافظوں کے باہر نہیں نکلتیں۔ حتی کہ ملکہ برطانیہ وغیرہ سیکورٹی کلیرنس کے بغیر کہیں نہیں جا سکتی۔ عورت اور مرد میں بہت فرق ہے اور عورت ہمیشہ کسی مرد کے سہارے اور ساتھ کی ضرورت محسوس کرتی ہے۔

میں یقین رکھتا ہوں کہ آپ ان مذموم حرکات میں ملوث نہیں ہوں گے لیکن کیا آپ یہ نہیں جانتے کہ گھر سے باہر بازاروں وغیرہ میں کیسےکیسے لوگ پھرتے ہیں؟ ایسے لوگوں سے بچاو کےلیے جو طریقے اسلام نے دیے ہیں وہی اختیار کرنے ہوں گے۔
میں جانتا ہوں کہ آپ خواتین کی بھلائی کے لیے سوچتے ہیں مگر آپ کی سمت غلط ہے۔ ہماری بھلائی کے لیے بہتر کیا ہے وہ ہمارا خالق ہی بہتر جانتا ہے اور اس نے سب بتا دیا ہے۔ اس سے ہٹ کر اگر ہم اپنی عقل استعمال کرکے راستے تلاش کریں گے تو بری طرح ٹھوکر کھائیں گے اور نتیجہ یہ نکلے گاکہ مغرب کی طرح یہاں کی عورتیں بھی برباد ہو جائیں گی اور ان کے گھر اجڑ جائیں گے۔ طلاقوں کی شرح آسمانوں کو چھونے لگے گی۔ ان جھنجھٹ سے بچنے کے لیے مغرب کی طرح شادی کے بغیر ہی ساتھ رہنے کا سلسلہ شروع ہو جائے گا۔ اس لیے کسی تباہی کا راستہ روکنے کے لیے بند میں کسی چوہے کے بنائے گئے بظاہر بے ضرر سوراخ کو بند کرنا ہوگا ورنہ تباہی کا سیلاب اسی سوراخ کے ذریعے پورے بند کو توڑ کر معاشرہ برباد کردے گا۔

I was never involve in CHEER CHARR with women in bazaar.
I was never involve in WARGALANA.
I never have a JALL for women.
I never did DATE AND HAS NO PLANING IN THATNDIRECTION.
YOU ARE RIGHT I AGREE WITH MOVMENT FOT LIBERTT OF WOMEN.
AND I DO NOT WANT TO INTERFERE IN THE RITUALS OF HAJ AND UMRA.
I was hoping you will condemn this fatwa.

ظاہر ہے کہ یہ پابندی ان لوگوں کو سخت ناپسند ہو گی جو بازاروں میں عورتوں سے چھیڑ چھاڑ کرنا چاہتے ہیں یا ان کو ورغلانا چاہتے ہیں۔اپنے جال میں پھنسانا چاہتے ہیں۔اغوا کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ڈیٹس کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ اور نام آزادی نسواں کا لیتے ہیں مگر درحقیقت اپنے مذموم مقاصد پورے کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ یقینا حج اور عمرے پر خواتین کے ساتھ محرم کی دینی پابندی کی بھی مخالفت کریں گے۔یہ لوگ اللہ اور اس کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے زیادہ خود کو ذہین اور خواتین کا ہمدرد ظاہر کرتے ہیں۔
