Washington: A female Islamic professor has claimed that Allah has allowed Muslim men to rape non-Muslim women in order to 'humiliate' them, report stated.
Suad Saleh, who is a professor from the renowned Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt, made the claims during an interview to a TV channel.
According to The Inquisitr News report, in the video posted by LiveLeak, Saleh says that Allah has given the Muslim men a way to have sexual relations with slave women that is 'legitimate'.
Saleh suggests that the only time it is acceptable for Muslim men to enslave a woman for sexual purposes is during a 'legitimate war' between Muslims and their enemies such as that with Israel.
Therefore, the female Islamic professor says that enslaving Israeli women and raping them would be entirely acceptable and encouraged, states The Inquistr News report.
“The female prisoners of wars are ‘those whom you own.’ In order to humiliate them, they become the property of the army commander, or of a Muslim, and he can have sex with them just like he has sex with his wives,” reads the transcript of the interview provided by The Middle East Media Research Institute.
However, after her interview went viral many including members of Muslim community condemned her claims and termed them false propaganda of Islam.

And so, another day dawns with the crow of the rooster and the sigh of the moderate Muslim. Get up, and turn on your computer. You know the drill:
We are a peaceful people. Our values are progressive. We believe in women’s rights. Islam says this. Islam does not say that. Please believe us!
We are not debating at this point. A ‘debate’ implies that someone is listening.
Nobody is listening.
We are all still saying what we believe, with all our hearts, the well-rehearsed phrases since 1947, when we first embarked on a journey to find our national identity.
A bill aimed at enforcing the child marriage laws through strict punishments was shot down in the ruling chambers on “purely religious grounds”. Defeated, Marvi Memon withdrew her proposal.
Harsher punishment? Strict implementation? The Council of Islamic Ideology does not even agree with the current minimum age of marriage, which it deems a violation of Islamic law. It endorses the marriage of girls as young as 9, provided that they have reached puberty.
So, what leg does Marvi Memon’s proposal have to stand on? A secular leg maybe, but never mind. We know that’s a bad word. It makes the Arabian Sea rise due to the tears of our country’s forefathers, we assume.
The progressives are tempted to shake their fists, as always, at the most clearly visible hurdle to their liberal agenda — a human institution that contradicts their own interpretations of Islam.
But one institution does not make a system.
Few noticed that just last month, a bill related to a similar issue was also defeated by lawmakers in Gilgit-Baltistan. Tabled by the parliamentary secretary of law, the bill called for a complete ban on marriages of those below the age of 18. Haji Rizwan said it contradicted ‘divine laws’. The minister for forests warned against challenging Shariah, stating that the house has no jurisdiction over laws made by God.
So it’s a Pakistani problem then? Not quite.
In Saudi Arabia last year, an attempt to raise the minimum age of marriage to 15 was thwarted after the Grand Mufti ruled that there was nothing wrong with girls below that age getting married.
A number of Islamic states — particularly African states — either legally permit child marriages, or fail to effectively implement the laws banning them.
One would’ve expected us to have sorted this problem out by January 2016. At the very least, we would’ve figured out the need to have a minimum age for marriage, that’s a tad higher than the age of onset of puberty. No.
Consequently, some sources estimate that as many as 21 per cent of Pakistani girls are married off before the age of 18, and many before 16, which is the legally set minimum age of marriage for women.
Is the humour lost on the lawmakers when a girl not old enough to elect a government representative, is deemed old enough to select a spouse to spend the rest of her life with?
It’s a trick question. The girl’s choice is irrelevant. Again, we assume.
Dear child bride of the 21st century, I have no authority to affect the course of your suffering. Would this anguish-soaked, half-rant and half-apology from a Pakistani citizen suffice for now?
As we have done for the last thousand years, we shall now debate what Islam actually says or what it doesn’t say. The Muslims of the Council say one thing, there are Muslims outside who say another.
I, personally, claim no agency in instructing either party on the matter of religion, and leave it entirely to the scholars and the knowledgeable readers.
In the meantime, our women, our children, and our minorities will be patiently and dutifully waiting outside the mosque.
We’ll let them know when we’ve reached a consensus on what to do with them.

Britain to Offer Language Classes to Female Muslim Migrants

Britain's prime minister says Muslim women must improve their English to better integrate into British society, and suggested some migrants could be deported if they fail to speak the language.
Arguing that community cohesion is the best antidote to extremism, Prime Minster David Cameron on Monday pledged to fund English language classes for female migrants. The 20-million-pound ($28.5 million) fund will help tens of thousands of women facing social isolation and discrimination and emphasize that Britain has expectations for those who want to live in the country, Cameron said.
"At the moment, someone can move here with very basic English and there's no requirement to improve it over time. We will change that," Cameron wrote in a commentary in the Times. "We will now say: if you don't improve your fluency, that could affect your ability to stay in the UK. This will help make it clear to those men who stop their partners from integrating that there are consequences."
Muslim groups reacted sharply to the proposal, describing the plan as a blunt instrument leveled at their expense and focusing on the extremist minority rather than the peaceful majority.
The program aimed at women is meant to end what Cameron called the "passive tolerance" of discriminatory practices and to challenge the "backward attitudes" of a minority of men. Some 190,000 Muslim women in England speak little or no English. Though Cameron acknowledged that problems of forced gender segregation and social isolation are not unique to Muslim communities, he did not mention other groups.
Cameron's proposal reflects the challenge the country's leaders face in trying to defuse the appeal that the Islamic State group holds for many young Britons. Some 800 British citizens have managed to enter Syria in the last four years while another 600 have been caught trying to get there.
Parents who are unable to speak English have less of a chance of preventing radicalization of their children, Cameron argued.
Muslim groups protested that they were being singled out.
"The best way to confront (terrorism) it is to build support within Muslims and support the work done across the country, and not lashing out and denigrating Muslims," said Mohammed Shafiq, chief executive of the Ramadhan Foundation. "The irony of the prime minister calling for more resources to help migrants learn English when his government cut the funding for English classes in 2011 has not been lost on many people."

Female migrants to Europe face violence, Amnesty says

Women and girl migrants coming into Europe face violence and sexual harassment at every stage of their journey, according to a new report from Amnesty International.
The report released Monday by the human rights group was based on interviews with 40 women and girls in Germany and Norway last month who had traveled from Turkey to Greece and then across the Balkans. Women and girls traveling alone or accompanied only by children said they felt particularly under threat in Hungary, Croatia and Greece, where they were forced to sleep alongside hundreds of male refugees. Those interviewed included female refugees from Iraq and Syria.
The vast majority of the migrants streaming into Europe are men, which leaves women particularly vulnerable, aid workers say. Women at camps reported having to use the same bathroom and shower facilities as men, and some said they did not eat or drink to avoid going to the toilet.
The report did not separate out incidents of sexual harassment from general violence. One 22-year-old Iraqi woman told Amnesty International that a uniformed security guard in Germany offered her clothes in exchange for spending time alone with him.
Some aid workers say violence is harder to prevent because of an ad hoc system for receiving and registering refugees.
"One of the challenges we have been facing is that it is taking a long time for the international community, and by that I mean governments, to wake up to this crisis and to realize that it is not something that they can wish away," Jenny Becker, protection coordinator with the International Rescue Committee in northern Lesvos in Greece, told AP. Arab terrorist murders Otniel woman in her home

An Israeli woman was murdered in a stabbing attack late Sunday afternoon in Otniel, a town in the southern Har Hevron region of Judea.
The woman has since been identified as 39-year-old Dafna Meir, a mother to six children, two of them foster children. She waas initially critically wounded in the attack and succumbed to her wounds shortly after.
The Arab terrorist who carried out the attack succeeded in breaking into the town, entering the woman's home and murdering her before fleeing the scene.
The woman, who works as a nurse, fought with the terrorist at the entrance to her home as her children were nearby, according to testimony. The children did not see the attack but heard her shouts and came running, and then called up security forces to hunt the murderer.
Security forces are currently pursuing the terrorist, aided by a helicopter, and residents of the town were asked to stay in their homes during the manhunt. The IDF has clarified that the terrorist is no longer in the town.
Witnesses of the attack have said the terrorist worked in the town and used his familiarity with the community to carry out the attack.
Meir will be buried on Monday morning. The funeral procession will leave from Otniel at 9 a.m. towards Jerusalem, and will arrive at 11 a.m. at Har Hamenuhot Cemetery in the northwestern Givat Shaul neighborhood of the capital.
Noam Bar, a senior Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedic, said, "the sight was difficult, we saw an unconscious woman aged around 40, who was not breathing and had no pulse."
"She suffered from stab wounds to her upper body; we performed continued resuscitation but in the end we were forced to pronounce her death," said Bar.
Former Interior Minister Eli Yishai, chair of the Yachad party which narrowly failed to enter the Knesset, responded to the murder by blaming the radical leftist groups B'Tselem and Breaking the Silence.
"I am shocked by the murderous attack in Otniel. The cruelty of the murderers knows no bounds," said Yishai. "Again we come across the face of uninhibited evil. An awful murder of a Jewish woman hy''d in her private home, with her only 'sin' being that she was an Israeli Jew."
"The struggle against incitement needs to be escalated. The Palestinian incitement at the side of the Israeli (incitement) managed by leftist organizations B'Tselem and Breaking the Silence is responsible for another despicable murder. God will avenge her blood."
The attack came just minutes after a stabbing was thwarted at the western gate of Kiryat Arba, which leads to Hevron. In that incident, a female Arab terrorist was apprehended with a knife in her handbag before she was able to inflict any wounds.

That thwarted stabbing was the third of the day; earlier an Arab terrorist attempted to carry out a stabbing attack at the Samaria Regional Brigade Junction in Samaria (also known as Bahad 3), but was shot dead by soldiers before he was able to harm anyone.
Before that attempt, a potentially major serious attack was thwarted outside a Jerusalem synagogue, as three Arab youths were arrested after having been found armed with knives outside the Heichal Yaakov synagogue in Kiryat Moshe.
The three are believed to have planned to carry out an attack on the synagogue as it was packed with worshipers attending morning prayers.
