Every
religion has condemned lying. Be it Islam or Judaism, Hinduism or Christianity,
every religion has abhorred lying. Every religion has declared lying as an evil
act, but the only difference is that all have condemned lying in their own way.
Someone called lying evil and someone called it a sin and someone called it a
satanic act. Islam has forbidden lying in all cases but there are some
exceptions to this rule—with one of them being in order to establish peace and
harmony between two belligerents.
See, lying
has been allowed for the good purpose of establishing an atmosphere of peace
and love, but lying has also been forbidden in all other issues. Moreover,
Islam has declared corruption and terrorism as great crimes of the human world.
So, in this way, Islam has not only declared lying as haram but has also
declared corruption and terrorism as punishable crimes.
The article
under consideration was originally published in Urdu, but I felt it was
critical to translate it for English readers so that we might remember that
every fitnah, terrorism, and cruelty is predicated on a satanic deed. The aim
of religion is to make humans aware of their True God. No faith condones
dishonesty or terrorism, and no moral person can ever stand by and watch an
injustice take place. If someone chooses the route of cruelty and deception, it
is clear that he is not on the path of religion or humanity, but of Satanism,
and he is so negligent that he is ignorant of this satanic conduct.
This
article provides multiple arguments that show how lies and dishonesty have
always been employed to defend Israel and pro-Israel groups. We are more
troubled by the fact that Palestinian civilians, including women and children,
are dying on a daily basis and by the fact that the most powerful leaders in
the world and "the champions of human rights" can be so obstinate and
inflexible in their silence. Do they also condone oppression and deception, or
do they dread admitting or expressing the truth?
They cannot
deny the fact that the real cause of the dispute between the two nations is
Israel's illegal occupation of Palestine. Have they forgotten that God Almighty
has never approved of oppression? All the Sacred Scriptures of God Almighty,
including the Bible, the Tawrah/Taurah, the Injil and the Quran, prohibited
tyranny and lying. These Holy Scriptures say that although God detests lying,
some individuals tamper with faith, belief, and God's words, changing the
divine command and its meaning. But with regard to the Quran, God Almighty has
said that He has assumed personal responsibility for its security.
Tawhid (Oneness), Risalat
(Messengerhood), Nubuwwat (Prophethood), and Aakhirat (Hereafter)
were shared by all of God's Prophets and Messengers as fundamental messages,
and they all saved their respective people from oppression, deception, and
lies. Hazrat Abraham (peace be upon him) came to free the world from the
oppression of Namrud. Hazrat Moses (peace be upon him) came to save the
descendants of Israel. Peace be upon Hazrat Isaa/Jesus, who came to relieve
people from injustice and disease. Finally, Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him)
arrived to save the people from demonic actions and oppression.
Unjust
occupation, unjust killing of God's creatures, brutal bombardment of women and
children, support for unjust killing, silence over massacres and mass
destruction of human lives, and encouraging oppression by any means are all
prohibited acts in all major religions around the world. If someone promotes
lies, the destruction of human lives, and unjust occupation, he is violating
all of God's commands and hence God Almighty. He will surely face judgement
from God Almighty, whether in this life or the next, sooner or later.

The truth
is the first thing to be killed in a battle. The battle that has been raging in
the Middle East for several days is just another example of a wise man's
proverbial phrase coming to pass. These days, the Zionist government, the
Israel Defence Forces, and the international media that supports Israel
continuously spread lies while destroying the truth. On X (Twitter) and
WhatsApp, there was also a lot of passionate false propaganda opposing the
Palestinians and supporting Israel.
The
superpower America is adept at spreading misinformation about its enemies both
before and during battles. From the Second World War to the Afghanistan War,
American presidents have lied again and time again on everything. George W.
Bush falsely claimed that Saddam Hussein possessed a cache of WMDs, which led
to the 2003 Iraq War. Is it possible that the Zionist leaders picked up the
skill of wartime deception from their obstinate American counterparts?
Israel
treats the Palestinian people with inhumane brutality while simultaneously
employing a number of strategies to portray itself as the victim of injustice
in order to gain sympathy. One of the
most crucial strategies is to categorise every Gazan Palestinian under the
guise of Hamas as a terrorist organisation in order to justify crushing the
Palestinians' rightful resistance.
Using the
pretext that Israel is battling "Man-like monsters" and that this was
the best way to deal with them, Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant decided
to shut off 23 million Palestinians' access to fuel, electricity, water, and
food on October 9. In order to legitimise its unlawful occupation and
oppression, Israel dehumanises the Palestinian people in a similar manner. Soon
after Hamas launched its guerrilla campaign in Israel, "stories"
about their purported violence started to circulate in an attempt to undermine
the Palestinian resistance movement.
Through
fake videos and publications, attempts have been made to portray Hamas fighters
as misogynistic and animalistic. They have been charged with serious crimes
such as the killing of Israeli youngsters and the rape of Jewish hostages by
gangs. This is misleading. The news quickly went viral around the world, and US
President Joe Biden also disseminated it without verifying its accuracy.
Fact-checkers examined false information to demonstrate that Hamas has neither
raped a virgin nor slit the neck of an Israeli infant.
Due to
backlash against the US president for citing the unverified report, the White
House spokesperson had to make it clear that President Biden had only relayed
what he had heard and had not really seen the videos in question.
When
international outcry over Israeli cruelty erupted after the 500 Palestinian
civilians were killed in the aerial bombardment of Al-Ahli Hospital on October
17, many of them women and children, Israel used an old trick to place the
responsibility on the Palestinian militants. Additionally, Biden declared that
the "other team" was responsible for the hospital attack. Was the
president of the United States thinking that there was a basketball game going
on between two teams in Gaza instead of a war? Remarkably, the pro-Israel group
in India actively promoted the Israeli version of events surrounding the
hospital bombing by utilising archive audio and video material.
When Al
Jazeera reporter Shireen Abu Aqilah was killed in Jenin in 2022, the Israeli
authorities, including the prime minister, accused "Palestinian
terrorists" of her death. A fake video was also used in this narration. A
few months later, when Israel's lie was exposed, Tel Aviv admitted that there
was a strong possibility the female journalist had been shot and killed by an
Israeli soldier.
Al Jazeera
published a special report by Mark Jones titled "Analysis: Why is so much
anti-Palestinian disinformation coming from India?". This analytical
analysis expressed surprise at the significant role that right-wing,
anti-Islamic accounts from India have had in the flood of fake news on social
media that has followed the Hamas assaults. The degree of hatred has grown to
such an extent that an Indian citizen has recommended Israel to take down the
name and emblem of Palestine from the Earth.
For several
days now, the Zionist government has been committing genocide against the
Palestinian people. In addition to the fact that the world is silently
witnessing this atrocity, the United States and the United Kingdom—two nations
that take great pride in being leaders in the field of human rights—are
actively encouraging Binyamin Netanyahu to commit more war crimes by arguing
that "Israel has the full right to defend themselves."
In an
interview with the BBC, Daniel Levy, a former Israeli prime minister Ehud
Barak's advisor, asserted that Israel was using a systematic media campaign of
lies and deceit to conceal and defend its humanitarian atrocities in Gaza. Levy
responded, "If the Israeli government claims that its real target is
terrorists by cutting off the supply lines of food, water, electricity, and all
the necessities of life to the entire Palestinian population, how can the world
believe it?" to the BBC anchor's joke that Israeli airstrikes were
targeting Hamas in order to rid Gaza of terrorists.
From its
inception, Israel has been built upon deceit and fabrications. When it was
planned to move the Jews to the region where the Palestinian Arabs had resided
for many generations, it was argued that a people without their own territory
would settle in a place that no one had ever established. The Zionists invented the deceptive story of
"A land without a people for a people without a land" in order to
accomplish their aim. In actuality, however, there were fifteen million
Palestinian Arabs residing in Palestine prior to the creation of Israel in
1948. The radical Zionists ejected half of the populace from their houses and
took their land.
